3. Intellectual and industrial property

The design, code, pixel art graphics, brand and logo of StreetGuessr belong to their owner. They may not be reproduced, distributed or transformed without permission.

Street data comes from OpenStreetMap © OpenStreetMap contributors, available under the Open Database License (ODbL). The street files used by the game are a database derived from OpenStreetMap and are also offered under the ODbL. Aerial imagery comes from official orthophotos under open licences: PNOA courtesy of © Instituto Geográfico Nacional (Spain, CC BY 4.0), © IGN (France, Licence Ouverte), PDOK / Beeldmateriaal.nl (Netherlands, CC BY 4.0), basemap.at (Austria, CC BY 4.0), © swisstopo (Switzerland) and Geoportal.gov.pl / GUGiK (Poland). In other countries the map is drawn from OpenStreetMap data served by OpenFreeMap (© OpenMapTiles). The photos of the street of the day come from Wikimedia Commons; the author and licence of each one are shown next to it. Street-level images are by Mapillary and its contributors, under the CC BY-SA 4.0 licence.

5. Applicable law

This legal notice is governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, and unless consumer law provides otherwise, the courts of the user's place of residence shall have jurisdiction.
